Cinnamon Apple Cake

Ingredients :
°2 pippin apples
°1 tsp cinnamon
°80g butter
°100g sugar
°1 packet of dry yeast
°2 small cups of milk
°3 eggs
°250g of flour
* Methods:
STEP 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C, then butter a cake tin.
2ND STEP

In a large bowl, cream the butter and add the sugar. Mix until the preparation whitens.
STEP 3

plain flour
yeast
milk
Add the whole eggs, then the flour, the yeast, and finally the milk, to thin the dough.
STEP 4

cinnamon
While this dough is resting, cut the 2 apples into small cubes, and sprinkle them with cinnamon.
STEP 5
Incorporate the fruit into the batter, and pour everything into the mold.
STEP 6
Put in the oven at 180°C for 40 to 45 min (depending on the power of the oven).
STEP 7
To check that your cake is well cooked, plunge a knife in the middle and if the blade comes out dry and clean, it’s good!
