1 box of yellow cake mix
3.4 ounces of vanilla pudding mix
1/4 cup of light brown sugar, firmly packed 1/4 cup of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
5 big eggs at room temperature
1/2 cup of full-fat milk
Half a cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of sour cream
Half a cup of sweet white wine. I drank a type of white wine called Riesling.
Ingredients for glaze
1/2 cup of butter with salt
1/4 cup of white dessert wine
1 cup of white sugar
How to Prepare a Delicious Cake
Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray a bundt pan with cooking spray that prevents sticking and put it aside.
In a bowl, mix all the cake ingredients together.
Mix until everything is well blended.
Pour the mixture into the greased bundt pan.
Bake the cake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean and the edges of the cake separate from the pan.
In a small pot, warm up butter, wine, and sugar for the glaze. Heat and mix until the sugar dissolves, then take it off the heat.
Use a thin stick or toothpick to make small holes all over the bottom of the cake while it is still in the pan.
Pour the sauce on the cake and let it absorb the sauce. This will take between 15 and 20 minutes.
After the cake has absorbed the glaze, use a spatula to gently separate the edges of the pan. Put the cake on a plate after removing it from the pan.
Slice and serve the cake.
