Potato patties

Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 potatos, mashed
  • 4 rashers of bacon, fried, diced
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced (or powder)
  • 1 tbs onion flakes
  • 1 tbs parsley flakes
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • McCormicks potato pattie mix
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes

Method

        Mix together bacon, cheese, mashed potato, garlic, onion flakes, parsley flakes, eggs, and McCormicks potato pattie mix.
  • Make a pattie out of a small handful and roll into crushed cornflakes.
  • Cook in a frying pan with oil for 4 or 5 mins, flipping halfway until golden and brown
