Ingredients:

•For the Cheesesteak:

•1 lb (450g) beef sirloin or ribeye, thinly sliced

•1 small onion, thinly sliced

•1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced

•1 cup (115g) mushrooms, sliced (optional)

•1 tbsp olive oil

•Salt and pepper, to taste

•For the Tortellini:

•1 package (9-12 oz) cheese tortellini, fresh or frozen

•For the Provolone Sauce:

•2 tbsp butter

•2 tbsp flour

•2 cups (475ml) milk

•1 cup (100g) provolone cheese, shredded

•½ cup (50g) Parmesan cheese, grated

•Salt and pepper, to taste

•Optional: a pinch of garlic powder for extra flavor

Instructions:

1.Cook the Tortellini:

•Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2.Make the Cheesesteak Filling:

•Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened.
