This Baked Ham features a mouthwatering glaze that adds the perfect blend of sweetness and tang. It’s ideal for holiday dinners, special occasions, or family gatherings!

Ingredients:
For the Ham:

1 fully cooked bone-in ham (about 8-10 lbs)
1 cup water or apple juice (for baking)
For the Glaze:

1 cup brown sugar, packed
¼ cup honey
¼ cup Dijon mustard
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
Optional: Pineapple slices and maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil and add 1 cup of water or apple juice to the bottom of the pan to keep the ham moist.

Prepare the ham:
Score the surface of the ham in a crisscross pattern with a sharp knife to help the glaze penetrate. Place the ham, flat side down, on a roasting rack inside the pan.

Make the glaze:
In a small saucepan, combine the brown sugar, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and cloves. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the sugar is dissolved and the glaze is smooth.

Bake the ham:
Brush the ham generously with some of the glaze. Cover the ham loosely with foil and bake for 1½ to 2 hours (about 15 minutes per pound), basting with the glaze every 20-30 minutes.

Final glazing and broiling:
For the final 20 minutes of baking, remove the foil and brush the ham with any remaining glaze. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and broil for 3-5 minutes to caramelize the glaze, but watch closely to prevent burning.

Garnish and serve:
Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. For a classic look, you can garnish with pineapple slices and maraschino cherries using toothpicks. Serve warm!
